A product of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, eFolio Minnesota was formed through partnerships between Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, ISEEK and the Minnesota Department of Economic Security. It is funded by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and a grant from the Congressional Award program.
